The Site is operated by Ever After Hat Co., LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida.

All embroidery designs sold on this Site are original works created by Ever After Hat Co., LLC. Our designs are inspired by themes of magic, celebration, and life's meaningful moments, and are not reproductions of, nor affiliated with, any third-party intellectual property, brand, or character. Any resemblance to existing characters or trademarks is unintentional.

For custom orders, by submitting a design or artwork, you confirm that you own or have the legal right to use that material. Ever After Hat Co., LLC reserves the right to decline any custom order we determine contains prohibited, infringing, or offensive content. We produce custom orders as submitted - please review all spelling, colors, and placement carefully before finalizing.

All original designs, graphics, logos, and content on this Site are the intellectual property of Ever After Hat Co., LLC and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission. For custom orders, you grant us a limited license to reproduce your submitted artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.

We ship within the United States. Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided at checkout and are estimates only - we are not liable for carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you upon handoff to the carrier.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ever After Hat Co., LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, FL.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
